Cancellation & Dues Policy: Dues are non-refundable. Dues are billed on an annual basis. Membership with ESMBA runs on a fiscal year beginning Jan 1 through Dec 31. All dues renewals are sent via electronic email to the last known email we have for our member(s) in our on line database. It is the responsibility of the member to keep their contact data record up to date. Return checks are subject to additional bank & administrative fees. By completing the membership application with the ESMBA you are automatically agreeing to uphold the Association's code of ethics and best business practices.  Thank you for your ongoing support of ESMBA & the Industry!
